Specialists regard the targeted closure of the tubuli as a particularly effective method of reducing the pain of sensitive teeth. In contrast to remineralisation, neomineralisation forms a completely new (“neo”) layer on the tooth surface. This unique biomimetic shield is formed out of Nanit®active as well as calcium and phosphate from the saliva and thus allows the targeted closure of the dentin tubuli in a natural way.
